Food as Medicine | The Healing Kitchen episode 4
Small Sips. Lasting Habits.
This week we’ve been exploring how the body constantly communicates with us.
Sometimes that communication encourages me to think about healthy hydration.
Sometimes circulation.
Sometimes healthy fluid balance.
Sometimes digestion.
Sometimes simply replacing one daily habit with another that nourishes the body a little more.
These Clinic Drinks are not designed to replace an individual treatment plan.
They are simple daily rituals that fit easily into everyday life.
Choose one.
Choose two.
Or enjoy all three.
Small habits, repeated consistently, often become the foundation of better health.

🌿 CHARMAINE’S KITCHEN THOUGHT
“Your body doesn’t ask for perfection.
It simply responds to the choices you make every day.
Choose one new habit this week… and let it become part of your story.”
