Calendula

Description

Most people know Calendula as a pretty orange flower.

  • A tea.
  • A cream.
  • Something gentle.
  • Something simple.

And while it absolutely can be gentle…

that description barely scratches the surface.

Because in clinic?

I often use Calendula when I see clients whose skin feels congested, inflamed and stuck.

And often…their skin is simply the loudest place their body is showing me that something isn’t moving well.

  • Jawline breakouts.
  • Congestion around the cheeks.
  • Inflammation near the sinuses.
  • Puffiness around the eyes.
  • Skin that feels inflamed but also stagnant.

Like traffic that has stopped moving.

And if you keep adding more cars to a traffic jam…

nothing moves faster.

That’s often what I see with lymphatic stagnation.
