Description
Baptisia is a powerful short-term herb traditionally used in patterns of lymphatic and immune stagnation.
In my practice, it is primarily prescribed in liquid extract form and used strategically in combination formulas — particularly in early-stage immune patterns, post-viral recovery and lymphatic congestion associated with acne.
In some immune presentations, supportive herbs may be incorporated into a personalised oxymel preparation (Fire Cider) depending on the individual’s needs. Herbal additions are selected following consultation — never self-combined.
